We will gather to pray for the people of our Station areas and give thanks for the blessings of harvest-time.

 

Advent is Coming :  Next weekend we begin the Season of Advent. Four weeks of spiritual preparation for the coming of the Christ Child. It is also the beginning of a new Liturgical Year.  Sunday readings will be taken from cycle C for the coming year.

 

PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL Our next PPC meeting takes place next Wed. Nov 27th at 8pm in the Small Hall, Kilbarron. If you have any items for the agenda please contact any PPC member.

 

PRIESTS OF THE DIOCESE GATHERING FOR INSERVICE

Sincere thanks to all who helped in any way with the Lay Led Liturgies last week. The topic all through was “Synodality” which is basically about all of us working together.  This is the model that we have been trying to cultivate in our parishes for years.

 

KILBARRON GRAVEYARD

 Maintenance fees for 2024 are now due, please contact any member of the graveyard committee.

BALLINDERRY MAGICAL CHRISTMAS MARKETS take place on Dec 1st from 2pm to 5pm.Come along and enjoy the afternoon with over 40 stands. There will be music, Santa will be there to meet all the families and the Christmas lights will be turned on. Don’t forget our Christmas Draw with lovely Hamper and Voucher prizes. It’s €5 per entry or 5 entries for €20 available from any committee member or for sale on the day.
